Biography

Steve Chen was borned in agust 1978 in Taiwan. He and his family imigrated to the Unated States.Before moving to America he studied at Ching Shin Ele,emtary School. Then he studied at John Jersey High School. He was graduated from illinois were he studied Computer science. He worked at PayPal. There he met Jawed Karim and Chad Hurley.

In 2005 he, Chad hurley and Jawed Karim founded YouTube. He was the Chief Technology Officer. In 2006 they sold YouTube to Google for $1.65 billion dollars.
